Talk to the people with the green sign above their head within the yellow circle on your minimap.
You get to the next Pasaana Party Pooper Mission step after finally speaking with the lady on the southwest of the yellow circle, as shown in the following image.
So, there seem to be a lot of missing items and a suspect in a cave nearby.
Go to the cave in question, which I’ve pinpointed on the next map.
As you reach the cave, you notice that the entrance is sealed.
